Optimizing consumption intelligently

The structure is composed of:

  • 700 students and teachers
  • 1 building, 4 floors, 4,500 m2
  • 84.000 Smc per year, € 52.000 annual expenditure
  • 2 natural gas boilers 180 days of activity

In the structure there are severalcritical areas for comfort, which must in any case be guaranteed (portico verandato, multifunctional gym). Managementlast minuteof ignition times is required.

Objective:

Optimizing consumption and supporting management.Continuous remote management of timetables according to the changing activities of the school. Contain the expense, without altering the comfort.

Results obtained:

In the previous scheme we see the savings obtained thanks to the BRAIN by Tree Solutions system. in fact, the structure has saved, and still saves 27% of consumption.

Comfort:

Comfort has also increased in critical environments such as the gym and veranda.

Performance for all environments has been improved, constantly monitored with probe IoT.

Reduction in consumption and emissions:

Thanks to the system, the structure consumed 23,400 smc of less methane and reduced emissions /b>, avoiding 46.3 tons. CO2.
