Innovation and Culture
The Center is a meeting and comparison place for those who intend to innovate education and culture.
The structure is composed of:
- 130 thousand visitors per year
- 1 building
- Consumption of 682.100 kWh of heat annually
- System powered by district heating
Objective:
Optimize the three plant sections in the best way, minimizing the withdrawal of thermal energy from the district heating network, making the most of the inertia of the building-plant system. Provide an analytics and surveillance system platform.
Results obtained:
A two-weekperformance test was performed on the three plant sections in the following ways: alternate a day on which the SystemBRAIN is passive(day off) with a day on which the SystemBRAIN is activeand applies energy efficiency regulations (day on). The three previous graphs show the consumption recorded in the different days.
Seasonal savings:21.9%
Reduction in consumption and emissions: 149,380 kWh thermal. 19.3 ton CO2
Comfort:constant maintenance of comfort throughout the test period.
