The structure is composed of:

  • 102 rooms, 6 meeting rooms
  • 1 building, 5 floors
    • Consumption of 69.261 Smc per year
    • 2 natural gas boilers, radiators, fancoil and ACS

    Objective:

    The goal isto monitor the temperatureand identify any anomalies, in order to prevent disservices or intervene as soon as possible. Furthermore, it is necessary to reduce energy consumption.

    Results obtained:

    The internal comfort and functionality of the system have been maintained and monitored throughout the efficiency period. The following graph above shows the monthly consumption of the thermal seasons 2019/20, 2021/22 and 2022/23.
