Rest home: improve comfort
The building is designed to offer guests maximum comfort and hospitality. It rises in hilly territory a stone's throw from the city of
Bergamo.
The structure is composed of:
- 195 beds
- 1 building
- Consumption of 340,000 Smc per year
- 4 methane gas boilers for 2,800 kW, UTA and fancoil radiators
Objective:
Intervention of further efficiency of the thermal system already managed with Siemens Desigo control technology, for each individual section of the system.
Results obtained:
The performance test carried out during the month of January 2023 showed, net of climatic conditions (GG), a saving of 10.4%.
Seasonal savings: 10.4%, compared to the situation already optimized through Siemens Desigo
Reduction in consumption and emissions: 35,360 Smc of methane. 69.73 tons CO2
