The building is designed to offer guests maximum comfort and hospitality. It is located in a hilly area a few steps from the city of
Bergamo.
The structure consists of:
- 1 building, 2 floors, 32 rooms, administrative offices, common areas
- 59 beds
- 4 natural gas boilers, total 400 kW, 200 days activity winter season 2021-22, also ACS (all year)

Objective:
The structure needed to optimize the operation of the plant, according to the different hourly occupancy of the spaces, the measured internal temperatures and customer requests. With controlled optimization we have brought more attention, avoiding the under and over heating of the premises. Also installed are iot probes for air quality monitoring.
