Optimizing the costs of the structure:
The main need of the school is the reduction of energy costs, in a context complicated by the dual school and residential function.
The structure is characterized by:
- 400 pupils
- 2 buildings, school and residential activities
- 2 boilers per 1,530 kW, 6 plant sections
Objective:
Optimization of building consumption, taking into account the different types of use and programming flexibility. (school and residential).
Results obtained:
The first results of the optimized management with the BRAIN system show monthly savings of 12% and 18%, calculated with the consumption benchmark of previous years.
Average savings: 15%
Reduction in consumption and emissions:15,000 Smc per year (estimated) of methane, 29.58 ton CO2
